Didier Signaletic specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of signage. Based in Bourg-en-Bresse, our team of 8 employees supports customers from A to Z in their visual communication projects: illuminated signs, directional panels, advertising banners, vehicle markings and much more.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Multi-skilled Signage Worker. Reporting to the team leader, you will play a key role in our workshop and on our sites, taking part in all stages of production and installation.

Main tasks
Manufacturing & production
– Adhesive preparation and application (cutting, weeding, lamination)– Use of CNC milling machine for cutting materials (PVC, aluminum, composite, etc.)
– Large-format printing (inkjet, UV, latex, depending on equipment)
– Aluminium welding
– Painting (substrate preparation, application, finishing)
– Assembly of signage structures and supports
Installation of signs and banners
– Indoor and outdoor signage (PVC, aluminum, dibond, akilux, wood, etc.)– Installation of advertising banners (stretched, on eyelets, frames, existing structures)
– Installation of signs (cut-out letters, illuminated or non-illuminated boxes, sign panels)
– Site preparation and fastening work
– Concrete for ground supports
– Work at height (aerial platform, ladder, scaffolding) in compliance with safety regulations
– Final inspection of installation: alignment, solidity, aesthetic appearance
– Cleaning and securing the site after work has been completed
Vehicle covering
– Partial or total covering (cars, vans, trucks, company fleets)– Preparing substrates and applying adhesive films
– Compliance with the customer’s graphic guidelines and aesthetic constraints
– Quality control after installation (bubbles, folds, alignment, adhesion)
– Intervention in workshop or on customer site
Maintenance & organization
– Routine maintenance of machines and tools– Workshop management and tidying
– Participation in improving manufacturing processes
Profile required
Training
– Training in signage, visual communication, carpentry, metalwork or equivalent
– Driving license required (frequent travel to job sites)
– CACES R489 Cat. 3 and/or CACES R486 appreciated
Experiences
– Experience in a similar position appreciated
– Motivated beginner accepted according to profile
– At ease with manual and technical work
Skills & tools
– Mastery of adhesive bonding techniques (cutting, weeding, lamination)
– Knowledge of machining/milling (CNC milling machine)
– Solid grounding in large-format digital printing
